Lean digital is the combination of processes for lean and digitalization, how to make changes for digitalization in smaller steps for improving products and services. The process of implementing digitalization in an organization is often driven by experts with focus on technology, ending up in few and large steps of changes.  By including the lean approach into this process will the focus be more on improving products and services based on what customers want and value. This approach will include more incremental (smaller) changes, keep the focus on the process and involve the operators giving a better adaption to the local system.
