About the Event
Today additive manufacturing is about far more than just prototyping. The technology can reduce lead times, enable new approaches to repair and maintenance, and support the production of components that are difficult or costly to manufacture using conventional methods.
Using CEAD LFAM large-scale pellet printing, the DMG MORI LASERTEC 65 DED hybrid system, and the SLM 280 as examples, we explore where industrial 3D printing can create real value in demanding industries and where it makes the most sense to get started.
Presented by Mathias Sæterbø, project manager, Mechatronics Innovation Lab (MIL).
